Summary

This study aims to understand what happens to people in Brazil with severe and very severe COPD over one year. It will follow 693 patients from hospitals across the country, tracking how often they are hospitalized, have symptom flare-ups, or pass away. The goal is to gather real-world data on this serious lung condition to better understand its impact in Brazil.
