First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new therapy called BRAVE, which uses cognitive behavioral techniques to help young adults (ages 18-30) with early psychosis manage thoughts and behaviors that could lead to violence. All 30 participants will first receive standard care, then add BRAVE therapy. Researchers will check if the therapy is easy to use and if it reduces violence-related behaviors.
