Nursing students get sensitivity training to fight weight bias

Summary
This study tests whether a special training program called BRAVE can reduce weight bias in nursing students. About 368 second- and fourth-year nursing students will either take the BRAVE program or a standard lecture on obesity. Researchers will measure changes in their attitudes, beliefs, and communication skills over one year.
