Summary
This study checks if an experimental therapy for a rare childhood brain tumor affects heart rhythm. About 30 children and young adults (ages 3-21) with newly diagnosed brainstem glioma will receive either the antineoplaston therapy plus radiation or radiation alone. Researchers will monitor heart electrical activity (ECG) to see if the combination causes any dangerous changes.
