Brain training and exercise combo shows promise for 'Chemo Brain' in breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether a 20-week program of physical exercise, with or without added cognitive training (like brain games), can improve thinking and memory problems in breast cancer survivors. 108 women who have finished primary treatment will take part. Researchers will compare the effects of combined training, exercise alone, and standard physical activity guidelines on brain function, physical health, and mood.
