Summary
This is a long-term research project to learn what factors help keep our brains healthy and performing well as we age. Over 100,000 generally healthy adults will complete online brain games, questionnaires, and optional training twice a year for ten years. The goal is to gather information to understand how lifestyle, thinking skills, and brain biology are connected to long-term brain health.
