Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a noninvasive technique called transcranial focused ultrasound (tFUS) can improve memory by gently stimulating the hippocampus, a key memory center. Researchers will enroll 25 adults aged 50-85 with mild memory problems or healthy aging. The goal is to see if tFUS is safe and can temporarily boost memory performance.
