Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, focused ultrasound aimed at a specific brain area can help people with alcohol use disorder. Researchers want to see if this non-invasive procedure changes how the brain responds to alcohol cues and reduces cravings. They will use brain scans to measure activity before and after the ultrasound treatment in 25 participants.
