NCT ID NCT06193174

Summary

This early-stage trial tested the safety of giving a second dose of an experimental treatment called C134 to adults with recurrent malignant brain tumors. C134 is a genetically modified cold sore virus designed to infect and kill tumor cells when injected directly into the brain. The study was terminated after enrolling only one patient to assess safety and see if repeat treatment could help control the disease.
