First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug vorasidenib to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) after radiation can slow tumor growth better than chemo alone in people with a specific, aggressive brain tumor (grade 3 IDH-mutated astrocytoma). About 408 newly diagnosed patients will take part. The goal is to see if the combination extends the time before the tumor progresses.
