Summary
This study tests a treatment plan for children under 3 with certain brain tumors. It uses chemotherapy first to delay radiation, giving the brain more time to develop. Then, radiation is carefully aimed only at the tumor to reduce learning and thinking problems. The goal is to improve survival while protecting quality of life.
