Brainwave training trial aims to sharpen minds of young cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07085494
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of brainwave feedback training and memory exercises can help improve thinking skills in children and teenagers who have survived brain tumors. Participants aged 6-18 will complete eight training sessions over four weeks, with half receiving real brainwave training and half receiving a sham version. The goal is to see if this approach helps with attention, memory, and daily functioning more than memory exercises alone.
