Scientists hunt for hidden clues in brain tumor scans and blood

NCT ID NCT07211841

Summary

This study aims to understand if patterns seen on a special type of brain scan (MRS) are connected to simple blood test results in people newly diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Researchers will enroll 30 patients to collect scan data and blood samples before and after standard treatment. The goal is to find connections that could help doctors better understand the tumor's behavior in the future.
