New MRI-Guided radiation aims to target brain tumors more precisely
NCT ID NCT07457307
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a more precise, higher-dose radiation treatment is safe for people with aggressive brain tumors. The treatment uses an advanced MRI-guided machine to target the tumor more accurately while trying to spare healthy brain tissue. Researchers will enroll 20 adults with newly diagnosed high-grade gliomas to monitor for side effects and see how well the treatment controls the cancer.
