Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain reorganizes its critical functions, like movement and speech, after surgery to remove a tumor. Researchers will use advanced brain scans and tests before surgery, during the operation, and again at 2 and 6 months after to track these changes. The goal is to improve future surgical planning by learning how the brain recovers and adapts.
