Summary
This study aims to understand if practicing on a mock musical instrument can improve the brain's communication pathways in people with schizophrenia. Researchers will use brain scans to measure changes in white matter structure before and after the training. The goal is to learn more about how the brain might be able to change in response to specific activities in this condition.
