Scientists use headband to measure your meditation

NCT ID NCT07298369

Summary

This study is testing a special headband that reads brainwaves to see if it can help people understand and improve their meditation practice. About 100 participants in the US will use the device at home while meditating, and researchers will measure their brain activity, stress levels, and mindfulness. The goal is to turn personal feelings during meditation into measurable data to learn more about mental wellness.
