Scientists test different brain feedback methods to understand empathy
NCT ID NCT07389486
Summary
This study aims to understand how two different types of real-time brain scan feedback affect a specific brain area linked to feelings and empathy. Researchers will recruit 90 healthy volunteers to compare continuous feedback with intermittent feedback. The goal is to see which method is better at helping people regulate their brain activity and whether it changes how they respond to images of pain.
