Scientists use MRI to see if your brain can be trained like a muscle

NCT ID NCT07211269

Summary

This study aims to understand if a person's natural ability to focus and control their thoughts can predict how well they perform during a specific type of brain training. Researchers will use real-time MRI scans to give 40 healthy volunteers feedback on their brain activity while they try to regulate it. The goal is to gather knowledge about brain function, not to treat any medical condition.
