Scientists scan brains to see Who's a natural at mind control
NCT ID NCT07211269
Summary
This study aims to understand if a person's natural ability to focus and control their thoughts can predict how well they learn to regulate specific brain activity using real-time MRI feedback. Researchers will enroll 40 healthy volunteers to complete mental tasks and undergo brain scans while trying to control a brain region linked to internal awareness. The goal is to gather knowledge about how different people respond to this type of brain training, not to treat a medical condition.
