VA tests mind training to help veterans recover from brain injuries

Summary
This study is testing a 5-week brain training program called GOALS to see if it helps veterans with chronic mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). The program aims to improve attention, memory, emotional control, and daily functioning. Researchers will also use brain scans to see if the training causes physical changes in the brain.
