Brain training may ease PTSD brain fog

Summary
This study tests whether a special computer-based brain training program can improve memory, attention, and daily life in adults with PTSD. About 64 participants will be randomly assigned to either the brain training or regular computer games for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in thinking skills, PTSD symptoms, and quality of life before, right after, and 3 months later.
