Can brain games slow memory decline? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07243600
Summary
This study is testing whether two different types of computer brain training programs can improve brain health in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (early memory problems). Researchers will enroll about 84 people aged 65+ to complete 35 hours of training over 10 weeks and track changes using brain scans and memory tests. The goal is to see if specific exercises can strengthen brain connections and help maintain thinking skills.
