Summary
This study tested whether a mental training program could help people with long-term neck pain. Thirty-four participants, half with chronic neck pain and half without, practiced a specific type of mental imagery for four weeks. Researchers measured their pain levels, fear of movement, and brain activity before and after to see if the training made a difference.
