Summary

This study aims to see if different combinations of mental exercises (like puzzles) and physical exercise can help older women maintain their thinking skills, memory, and quality of life as they age. Researchers will test 124 women aged 60 and older who do not have severe memory problems. Participants will be randomly assigned to different activity programs to compare their effects on brain function and daily living.
