Summary

This study compares two medications—dexmedetomidine and magnesium sulfate—to see which better controls brain pressure and blood flow during brain surgery. Researchers will monitor 60 adult patients having elective brain surgery using a special drain to measure pressure directly. The goal is to find which drug helps maintain safer brain conditions during the operation.
