Scientists map the 'Little Voice' in your head

NCT ID NCT07469631

Summary

This study aims to understand how the brain creates and controls our inner voice, which we use for thinking and problem-solving. Researchers will use MRI brain scans on 60 healthy volunteers, including some who don't experience an inner voice, to see which brain areas are involved. The goal is to learn how this inner speech relates to our sense of self and mental health.
