Scientists scan brains to crack the code of human motivation
NCT ID NCT07314112
Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain helps us make decisions and stay motivated in changing situations, like playing a video game. Researchers will use MRI brain scans on 120 healthy adults while they play simple computer games to see which brain areas are active. The goal is to build a model of how emotions and planning work together during complex, real-world decision-making.
