Scientists scan brains to unlock the mystery of stuttering

Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain works differently when people who stutter speak fluently versus when they stutter. Researchers will use MRI brain scans to measure activity in 50 adults who stutter while they perform speech tasks. The goal is to gather knowledge about the brain circuits involved, not to test a treatment.
