Scientists test if 'Messy' workouts train your brain better
NCT ID NCT06532786
Summary
This study aims to understand how adding natural, unpredictable timing to strength training affects the brain's control of muscles. Researchers will compare three training methods in 60 healthy adults to see which one best improves the brain's connection to muscles. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day help design better rehabilitation programs for people recovering from injury.
