Zap your brain to get better at video games?
NCT ID NCT07447882
Summary
This study aims to understand if a mild, painless form of brain stimulation can help healthy adults learn a physical movement task in a virtual reality game more quickly. Researchers will have 52 participants play the VR game 'Beat Saber' while some receive real brain stimulation and others receive a fake, placebo version. The goal is basic science—to see if pairing VR with stimulation improves learning speed and to explore the brain changes behind it.
