Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of gentle brain stimulation and virtual reality training works better than standard physical therapy for children with Down syndrome. It aims to improve their movement, balance, and thinking skills. The trial involves 30 children aged 6-12 and will measure changes in their abilities and brain activity.
