Summary
This study is testing a new, two-step brain surgery for people with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that hasn't improved with standard medications or therapy. First, doctors use temporary brain mapping to find the best spot for stimulation. Then, they implant a permanent device to deliver electrical pulses. The goal is to see if this more targeted approach can safely reduce OCD symptoms when other treatments have failed.
