Zapping the brain to ease Veterans' chronic back pain?
NCT ID NCT06999772
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a non-invasive brain stimulation technique to a specialized form of physiotherapy can better help military veterans manage chronic low back pain. It will compare the combination treatment to the therapy alone and to standard physiotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves physical function and reduces pain more effectively for veterans whose pain is linked to emotional and cognitive factors.
