First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) to task-oriented training and virtual reality can improve movement and brain activity in 150 children with spastic cerebral palsy, ages 6-18. Participants will be split into groups receiving either real or sham stimulation alongside therapy. The goal is to see if this combination leads to lasting improvements in walking, balance, and hand use.
