Scientists map brains to sharpen magnetic stimulation
NCT ID NCT06645613
Summary
This study aims to develop and test a more precise method for targeting brain stimulation using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Healthy volunteers will have an MRI brain scan to create a personalized map, then receive TMS to specific brain areas while performing computer tasks. Researchers will measure if this targeted stimulation improves reaction times and accuracy on the tasks.
