Summary

This study tests whether adding gentle electrical brain stimulation to standard physical therapy can improve brain function in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will measure changes in brain blood flow using a special light-based scanner. The goal is to understand how combining these approaches might boost recovery in sub-acute to chronic stroke survivors.
