Zapping the brain to silence the ringing
NCT ID NCT07435298
Summary
This study is testing if a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help reduce the severity of chronic tinnitus, the perception of ringing or buzzing in the ears. 50 participants will receive 20 treatment sessions, a mix of real and sham (placebo) stimulation, to see if the real treatment provides more relief. The goal is to see if this guided stimulation can ease the burden and improve the quality of life for people living with tinnitus.
