Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive electric stimulation to the brain can improve word-finding and memory problems in military veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury. Researchers will compare a real stimulation treatment to a fake one to see if it helps participants retrieve words better during tests. The goal is to see if this approach can ease a common and frustrating symptom of head injury.
