Summary

This study tested whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique could help stroke survivors who struggle to repeat words. 28 participants received either real or fake stimulation along with speech training for 10 days. Researchers measured changes in language skills to see if the treatment was safe and helpful.
