Summary

This study looked at whether ten sessions of a gentle brain stimulation technique (dual-tDCS) combined with physical therapy could improve walking, balance, and leg strength in people who had a stroke. 34 adults with sub-acute or chronic stroke participated. The goal was to see if adding brain stimulation to standard rehab leads to better movement.
