Zapping away stroke fatigue? brain stimulation trial offers new hope

Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive form of electrical brain stimulation can help people who have had a stroke. The goal is to see if stimulating the front part of the brain can reduce the severe tiredness (fatigue) that often follows a stroke and also improve language skills and attention. Researchers will compare real stimulation to a fake version in 60 participants, who will also receive speech therapy, to see which is more effective.
