First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests two types of brain stimulation—accelerated theta burst and high-frequency magnetic stimulation—to see if they can improve thinking and memory in people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Ninety adults who are already on the medication clozapine will receive 20 sessions over 4 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to ease cognitive symptoms.
