Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called theta-burst TMS can help improve the negative and cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia. Researchers are enrolling 90 adults with schizophrenia to see if the treatment safely improves social skills, memory, and thinking. The study is double-blind, meaning neither participants nor researchers know who is receiving the real treatment or a sham version.
