Summary
This study tested whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique could improve speech and thinking problems in people with Parkinson's disease. For two weeks, 28 participants received either real or fake stimulation to see if it helped with word-finding, memory, and speech control. The goal was to see if this safe approach could ease common cognitive and communication challenges.
