Summary

This study tested whether gently stimulating a specific part of the brain with magnets could help control Parkinson's disease symptoms. 40 participants with Parkinson's received either real or fake (sham) magnetic stimulation. Researchers measured changes in symptoms, brain activity, and blood markers to see if the treatment was effective.
