Summary

This study tested whether magnetic brain stimulation (rTMS) could help people with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Researchers measured blood flow in a specific brain area before and after treatment in 30 participants. Half received real stimulation while half received placebo, with neither participants nor doctors knowing which treatment was given.
