Summary

This study is testing if a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can improve movement problems like walking, speech, and eye control. It involves people with Parkinson's disease and two related neurological conditions. Participants will do walking sessions while receiving either real or sham (fake) stimulation to see if it helps.
