Summary

This study tests a new, non-invasive brain stimulation technique that combines magnetic and electrical pulses to target brain networks involved in memory. Researchers will enroll 60 people with mild Alzheimer's to see if this approach can improve thinking and daily function. The goal is to find a safe way to slow down the disease and help people maintain their independence longer.
