Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique, called theta burst stimulation (TBS), can improve cognitive control in healthy adults and those with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Participants play a cognitive video game while a brain-computer interface monitors their brain activity and triggers TBS when they lose focus. Researchers will compare real stimulation to a sham (fake) version to see if it can restore thinking abilities.
